Millennials – one of the largest demographic groupings in human history – are moving into their prime spending years. This generation, defined as people born between 1980 and 2000 are already influencing the way products and services are consumed, and their influence is likely to grow. Thus, it is forcing companies to examine how they conduct business and how they can bridge the generation gap.
