Pat Eichner is a dedicated, dynamic professional with a background in strategic communications and public relations. Since August 2023, he has been contributing to the success of GMA Consulting, particularly in the launch of its Strategic Communications business unit.
Eichner joined GMA Consulting after more than four years of invaluable experience at PointsBet, an iGaming startup originally from Australia. During his time with PointsBet, Eichner played a key role in introducing the brand to the North American market, expanding its presence in both the United States and Canada. His efforts significantly contributed to PointsBet’s ascendancy as a top-tier operator, ultimately helping legitimize the company and solidify its position within the competitive iGaming landscape.
Before entering the iGaming sector, Eichner developed his skills at Dan Klores Communications (“DKC”), a well-known PR agency. While at DKC, he demonstrated his commitment and proficiency in the field of communications, working for clients such as the Pro Football Hall of Fame, English Premier League, National Hockey League, BIG EAST Conference, and more.
Eichner’s professional journey also includes impactful roles within the National Football League, learning and contributing to the New York Jets, Cleveland Browns, and New York Giants. His NFL experience also included roles at Super Bowl LI and Super Bowl LII, which not only enriched his professional portfolio but also demonstrated his versatility in navigating the high-pressure and dynamic sports industry.
Known for his strategic thinking, effective communication, and commitment to excellence, Eichner continues to make a significant impact in the ever-evolving landscape of strategic communications and public relations.
A proud New Jersey native, Eichner currently resides in Denver, CO. He is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University, where he excelled both academically and athletically as a member of the Johns Hopkins Blue Jays football program. His outstanding achievements were recognized with his induction into the 2015 National Football Foundation Hampshire Honor Society – a testament to his commitment both on and off the field.
