Caesars to reopen the Strip’s Cromwell, but with a twist: Guests must be age 21 and older

Maybe there was something about allowing The Cromwell to serve as the setting for the CBS television series Love Island that inspired Caesars Entertainment.

The boutique-sized Strip resort, one of Caesars’ last remaining casinos on the Strip still shuttered since March 18 due to the coronavirus pandemic, will reopen next week, but with a twist:  All guests must be age 21 and older.

Cromwell will be final Las Vegas Strip resort to reopen

The Cromwell, the last Strip resort with its lights still off, is set to reopen to adults only on Oct. 29.

The boutique property’s hotel and gaming floor will be open seven days a week for those 21 and over, according to a Thursday statement from parent company Caesars Entertainment Inc.

Parking fees coming for some Caesars visitors

Parking fees are coming to six Caesars Entertainment Inc. properties.

The gaming company announced Wednesday that self=parking fees will begin Oct. 30.  Nevada residents with valid identification, hotel guests and Caesars Reward loyalty members at platinum rating and above are excluded from the policy.
